TC1150ZP flame retardant solvent-free transformer insulation resin is a low viscosity liquid at room temperature, with good permeability. Stable storage, fast curing at high temperature. It can be cured at 140℃ ~ 170℃, and the cured material has good electrical, mechanical and three-proof properties.
TC1150ZP flame retardant solventless transformer insulation resin is suitable for general immersion and vacuum (pressure) impregnation process, widely used in flame retardant requirements of all kinds of F, H transformer, reactor, transformer and other electrical coil impregnation insulation treatment.

3. Test method
3.1 Appearance test according to the test tube method of corresponding method in GB/T15022.2-2007.

4. Paint dipping reference process
Preparation of insulating impregnating paint (resin)
Insulating impregnated paint (resin) to be put into use should be uniform and transparent, free of mechanical impurities and lumpy substances. Measure the viscosity, and adjust the viscosity to the appropriate value (users according to their own requirements to adjust), high can be adjusted with special diluent, generally not more than 10% of the total paint. If there is no objection, conduct the following operations:
4.1 Vacuum dehydrating of workpiece
Vacuum dipping process, the workpiece generally does not need pre-drying to achieve the purpose of moisture removal, but through vacuum to achieve the purpose of moisture removal. Appropriate demoulding treatment should be carried out on the lead line and the place where assembly is required, but the demoulding agent should not pollute other parts, otherwise the quality of impregnation will be affected. Start the vacuum pump to vacuum the paint immersion tank. When the vacuum degree reaches -0.088MPa, stop the vacuum pump and keep the vacuum for 15min~20min.
Open the paint transfer valve of the paint storage tank and slowly input the paint into the immersion tank. Observe from the observation window when the upper end of the workpiece sinks more than 15cm below the paint liquid, and close the paint transfer valve. The immersion time should depend on the size of the workpiece and the groove full rate. If the time of impregnation cannot be determined, the impregnation can be considered complete when no bubbles have escaped, and the process is generally not less than 15 minutes. Note: Do not input the paint while vacuuming, otherwise the paint will splash in the immersion tank; The paint will be pumped to the vacuum pipe and vacuum pump, after a long time easy to block the vacuum pipe, damage the vacuum pump; The solvent in the paint will be pumped out in large quantities, so that the viscosity of the paint increases, but also pollute the air.
4.3 back to paint
Remove the vacuum in the paint tank after soaking. Vacuum the paint storage tank. When the vacuum degree is lower than -0.088MPa, stop the vacuum pump first, and then open the paint return valve to return the paint to the paint storage tank. If the first return is not clean, you can repeat this step. Note: it is not allowed to vacuum while repainting, otherwise the paint will be pumped into the vacuum tube and vacuum pump, which will clog the vacuum tube and damage the vacuum pump for a long time. The solvent in the paint will be pumped out in large quantities, so that the viscosity of the paint increases, but also pollute the air.
4.4 drops of paint
The time of dropping paint is generally 60min~120min (depending on the size of the workpiece and how much). Note: it is very important for the production to drop the paint completely or not, and the operator must treat and operate it seriously.
4.5 Second repaint
Return the remaining paint dripping from the work piece to the paint storage tank. The operation steps are equivalent to repainting. Note: this step is very important to paint, and can easily clog the bottom of the paint tank when baking in the tank.
The cleaning agent is put into the paint immersion tank from the cleaning tank, and then pumped back into the cleaning tank after 15 minutes. Note: the cleaning agent must be completely withdrawn, otherwise the production will be significantly affected when baking in the tank; After baking, it is easy to clog the pipe at the bottom of the lacquer tank, so the operator must treat and operate it carefully.
Carefully observe the shape of the workpiece after dripping paint, if there is deformation should be reshaped.
When drying in the tank, open the hot air valve, set the curing temperature at 160℃, and then temperature up to the specified temperature as soon as possible. Generally, under the drying condition of 160℃~165℃, it can be cured for 5h~8h. The drying time should be extended when the workpiece is too large.
Cans outside to dry, the workpiece hoisted out of the paint, drops, put in electric drum wind drying oven, to reduce the loss of the solidification process of lacquer, require oven preheated to 160 ℃, the curing temperature in advance to keeps the uniform temperature in the oven at the same time, the general high temperature and low temperature in the temperature difference of no more than 10 ℃, otherwise it will affect the product quality and consistency, Put the workpiece into the rapid temperature to the required curing temperature, generally at 160℃ ~ 165℃ drying conditions, keep 5-8 hours can be cured. The drying time should be extended when the workpiece is too large.
4.8 Unpacking and cleaning
After the insulation resistance is stabilized, the oven door can be opened and the necessary cleaning of the workpiece can be carried out after a little cooling. Note: Cleaning becomes more difficult when the workpiece is cooled.
5. Control of paint in the use process
5.1 Paint will increase viscosity and impurity during use. To ensure the quality of the product, the viscosity and appearance of the paint should be checked daily. The viscosity of the paint can be adjusted with new paint and thinner, and impurities can be removed with an 80-120 mesh filter.

6. Inspection Rules
This product is one batch after each production of one kettle or several kettle mixing, the same batch of products should have the same performance; Ex-factory test items are the normal conditions of items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 and 6 in the table. Type test items are all items in the technical index, and the test method is carried out according to GB/T15022.2.
7. Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
The packing drum of this product is a clean iron drum with resin coating on the inner wall. It is strictly prohibited to mix with acid and alkaline substances in storage. Keep as flammable material. Storage period from the date of delivery, under the temperature of 25℃ for half a year; The rest are executed according to GB/T10579.
