I. Brief description of the product


TC1150DP class H solvent-free insulating resin is composed of heat-resistant unsaturated resin, modified resin, special curing agent, active diluent, initiator, accelerator, etc. The product has a long storage life, and the viscosity is adjusted by the special diluent provided by our company.


TC1150DP H class solvent-free insulating resin is a low viscosity liquid at room temperature with good permeability. Stable storage, fast curing at high temperature. It can be rapidly cured at 130℃ ~ 150℃, less volatile in curing, and the cured material has good electrical and mechanical properties and three-proof performance.


TC1150DP H class solvent free insulating resin has excellent performance and easy to use among similar products. It is suitable for ordinary immersion and vacuum impregnation process. It is widely used for impregnation and insulation treatment of all kinds of low voltage F and H class small and medium-sized motor and electrical coil.

III. Instructions for use


(a) ordinary immersion process


1. Preparation of insulating impregnating paint


The insulation impregnation paint should be uniform and transparent, free of mechanical impurities and lumpy materials. When there is no objection, pour into the paint tank, measure the viscosity, and adjust the viscosity to the appropriate value. Adjust the viscosity in 30s ~ 35S /23℃±1℃ (actual use, users need to make reasonable adjustments according to the amount of paint hanging workpiece, fullness and other requirements), viscosity on the high side can be adjusted with special thinner (or low viscosity resin), special thinner dosage shall not exceed 15% of the total paint.


2. Workpiece cleaning


To impregnate the workpiece to clean up the surface of dust, impurities, oil, summer humidity is large when the appropriate preheat moisture drive, rust should be the first to remove rust.


3. Dip


The cleaned qualified workpiece is placed in the paint tank for normal temperature impregnation, and the upper end of the workpiece should be submerged more than 10cm under the paint liquid to ensure that there is a certain pressure to impregnation the workpiece. The time to soak the paint should depend on the size of the workpiece, so as to no longer appear bubbles, generally the process is 15min~30min.


4. Drops of paint


After the painting is finished, the workpiece is lifted out of the paint cylinder, and the upper part of the paint cylinder is slightly dropped for 1min ~ 2min, and then moved to the paint plate to continue to drop the paint. The time to drop the paint is generally not less than 30min. At this time, there should no longer be obvious drops of paint.


5. Baking


Carefully observe the shape of the workpiece after dripping paint, if there is deformation should be reshaped, and then connect the lead line for measuring insulation resistance, at least one in the upper, middle and lower positions. And then placed in the air oven has been heated to the specified temperature, generally at 140℃ ~ 160℃ for 3h ~ 6h (depending on the size of the workpiece).


6. Unpacking and cleaning


After the insulation resistance is stabilized, the oven door can be opened and the necessary cleaning of the workpiece can be carried out after a little cooling. Note: after the workpiece is cooled, cleaning becomes difficult, especially the lead wire should be separated while hot.


(two) vacuum dip paint process


1. The installation and debugging of vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is qualified, and each function is normal.


2. Clean the paint immersion tank and paint storage tank twice with dilute.


3. Put TC1150DP insulation impregnated resin into the paint storage tank.


4. After pre-drying, the motor stator windings cooled to the specified temperature are suspended into the immersed paint tank. The lid of the sealed tank is vacuumed to ≤300Pa, and the vacuum is kept for 15min.


5. Open the paint feed valve, and stop when the paint feed is 100mm higher than the workpiece.


6. Keep the immersion time for 20min ~ 30min according to the regulations.


7. Vacuum the paint storage tank, open the paint delivery valve, and pump the impregnated resin back into the paint storage tank.


8. Open the vent valve slowly to remove the vacuum.


9. No less than 1h under normal pressure.


Bake 10.

IV. Matters needing attention


1. TC1150DP Solvent-free Insulating Resin is flammable, and fireworks are strictly prohibited at the operation site. Do not import the product. Rinse with plenty of water when contacting skin and eyes. Go to hospital for emergency treatment in serious cases.


2. The operation site should be kept clean, the workpiece should be blown with compressed air before entering the tank, and the dust and impurities should not be brought into the dipped paint tank as far as possible, so as not to affect the dipped paint quality;


3. In order to ensure the stability of insulating paint, it is necessary to control the impregnation temperature of the workpiece. Generally, the temperature of the workpiece is not more than 45℃ and the temperature of the paint is not more than 35℃. And the monthly exchange rate of the impregnated paint in the tank is more than 15%. The equipment should be checked regularly, mainly the difference between the actual temperature of the oven and the drying tank and the display temperature, and the instrument setting value should be corrected in time;


4. More than the storage period of the product is generally no longer used, if you really want to use it must pass the inspection can be; When the viscosity is large, it can be properly diluted with low viscosity paint or special thinner.
